How do you take care of yourself and have fun.  Guidance counselor, Colleen Connerty from Point Webster School shares with her classroom Self Care Bingo.  Be sure to check out the video in one of the boxes.  It is sure to cheer you up!

Your health and happiness are important, take some time for yourself this week!




Make a to do list
& cross something off
Write a Poem
Watch SGN
Write a letter to a Grandparent, Aunt or Uncle
Play a game with family
Facetime with Friends
Spend an hour outside
Write down what you are grateful for
Make time for Yoga
Read a book
Call a family member who lives far away
Give yourself a compliment
FREE SPACE
Go for a walk
Draw or paint a picture
Write a letter to your future self
Create something
Spend an hour away from screens
Shower, get dressed, do your hair
Do some journaling
Practice gratitude
Move your body for 30 minutes
Try a new recipe
Take photos in nature
Do deep breathing for one minute
