Ms. Vanderstreet from the Wollaston School has been working to teach students calming activities through her google classroom. The link is one of the visual breathing activities for younger students that she has found cute and colorful. It is called Calm My Worries. Ms. Vanderstreet offered a yoga after school program earlier in the year and continues to share some of those activites in her virtual classroom. Here is a fun dance activity to get everyone moving.
